Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot hold a place for potential tenant that has not applied. Once you apply we’ll work quickly to process your application and get back to you.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: You are considered an adult if you are over the age of 18. Hence, anyone residing in a property that is over 18 needs to submit an application.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: In most cases; yes. However, if it’s not refundable for any reason it will be clearly spelled out.

Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: Individuals with poor credit or limited rental history. Note, the cosigner must have excellent credit.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can pay online, in-person or through snail mail.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Let us know before you take the jump. We are dog and cat lovers, but we have some clients that have allergies or are sensitive to pets. Alternately, we have an abundance of “pet friendly” homes available.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: We’ll generally have all parties sign and add/release addendum. However, the remaining roommate needs to have the financial means to qualify without a roommate.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You will generally hear from us a minimum of 6-8 weeks before your lease is up for renewal. If you’re anxious about it you can contact us.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: In most cases the home owner is responsible for repair. However, if the issue is found to be a tenant(s) misuse or abuse issue we will bill the responsible party.
